Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders within the United States.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

All apparel items (t-shirts and printed products) are made on demand once you place an order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Order processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods (such as November–January), processing times may extend slightly due to higher order volume.

Small gym equipment items may have separate processing times, which will be noted on the individual product page.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, standard domestic shipping typically takes:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Express shipping is only available for eligible items and U.S. addresses (excludes P.O. boxes and military addresses).


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, package weight, and your selected shipping speed. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.


6. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order contains both apparel and gym equipment items, they may be fulfilled by different facilities and could arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.


7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [your email] — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in line with our [Refund Policy].
